Culinary Arts division of The Cultural Heritage Council of San Joaquin County

The Culinary Arts Division opens the door of the senses of taste, feel and smell of food to cultural appreciation.  This business division is preparing a series of culinary festivals featuring the foods of the various participating groups.  These food festivals are placed in a setting of art and music that create the ambiance of the country of origin and are conducted in a competitive spirit.
